We are a small and rapidly expanding start up in the co-living space. Over the past 2 years alone, our community has grown from nothing to over 400 members in 26 cities (and 2 regions). Pushed by excessive demand, this is just the beginning and we will be expanding to multiple cities soon.
We're looking for folks to join our team who are scrappy, care about community, and who are adaptable enough to keep up with the quick pace of our startup. You'll have the opportunity to wear many hats, directly impact the bottom line, and be part of a fun, amazing team while building something that matters.
The Head of Marketing will be the person driving the growth for our company, and will own member acquisition for HubHaus. You'll be exploring and developing our various channels, tightening our demand side funnel and pipeline in the Bay Area, and will help compile and share best practices with our regions.
The right candidate for this role is likely coming from a successful multi-year run as a growth or performance marketing leader at successful tech startup. They should feel comfortable with iterative testing to drive up membership. Requirements include:
